Tracy (Tess) Pattison, Semi-Retired Professional Dancer, Arts and Wellness Educator, and Lifestyle Medicine, Movement, and Peri/Menopause Specialist. Tess is the  creator of The Inspired Body's Online community and is the original "Inspired Body". She holds an MFA in Dance, certifications in both Pilates and Yoga, a USA State License in Massage Therapy, Level I and II Reiki certifications, and has worked in Art and Wellness as a College Professor and in recreational and professional settings from Elementary to University levels. She runs her private studio, The Inspired Body, and shares an inspired life she loves with her "French Charming" in Paris, France while navigating her own Peri/Menopause changes.
